- Facilitate structured speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities that promote active communication and critical thinking.
- Accurately record attendance and maintain required instructional documentation.
- Assess and document student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support continued improvement.
- Adapt instruction to diverse learner needs, learning styles, and program formats (virtual or in-person, as applicable).
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and program staff to ensure consistency, quality, and a supportive learning experience.
- Represent DKC Group with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in all client-facing engagements.
Qualifications Required:

- Demonstrated experience teaching Spanish as a second or foreign language.
- Ability to adapt teaching style to varied proficiency levels and instructional materials.
- Experience teaching adult learners or at the higher education level preferred.
- Solid understanding of language acquisition principles, instructional methodologies, and classroom management best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for language education and cultural exchange.
- Candidates will be required to prepare and deliver a 15-minute demo lesson demonstrating instructional effectiveness, organization, engagement techniques, and ability to connect with adult learners.
